This beautifully restored former “relais de diligence” was conveniently located between two towns in the Ardeche mountains. The inn offered excellent rooms and a fantastic swimming pool. I also loved that there were hiking paths through the regional forest right at the doorstep, making it easy to explore the stunning surroundings.
Honestly, there was nothing I disliked about my stay. The proprietor, Antoine, was a true professional and it showed in all the finishing touches.
